I am a nurse who works 12 hour nights in a Level I trauma center. I also have Lupus. I was buying these simply because Costco no longer carried another brand and now had these. After a while it dawned on me that when I would drink one of these the nausea, profound fatigue, and BRAIN FOG of a tough night would be gone. Insted I would feel refreshed, clear minded and well - not hyper or geared up. Those who work grueling nights will understand - after 3 or 4 shifts in a row there is a wall you hit that makes you feel like you have the flu - this stuff really works.

When first tried this at Costco I liked it. But when I brought home the case and started drinking it daily I could feel the difference it made. The ingredients make me feel GREAT!! I have more energy, my mood is positive (I have had depression for over 20 years) and I have recommended it to many friends. If you don't want all the calories of a Latte, but need the pick me up without the jitters you should absolutely try this drink.

This is a tea-based energy drink, but they managed to subdue the green tea / yerba mate flavor with a slightly fruity back-end of pomegranate. The limeflower, which I had never heard of, doesn't seem too strong. It just classes up the tea a bit.
The energy boost from this drink isn't strong at all, even though it has 240mg of guarana and a bunch of B vitamins. Look somewhere else if you only want energy. If you want a moderate boost in a natural product, though, it's pretty good. It only uses evaporated cane juice for sweetness so it falls handily into the "natural" category.
This one's worth a shot, particularly if you like tea, and I can recommend it over most other green tea-based energy products.

This is a great product from essn...it tastes great (light berry/pomegranate flavor), isn't too sweet and gives a nice easy energy boost without jitters. Highly recommended!

I've tried many different types of energy drinks over the years. I drink an energy drink every morning and I'm always looking for new, healthful options. This product was different than most of the energy drinks I've tried. Its flavor is a little hard to place. It's tolerable, but the aftertaste prevented me from ordering a second case.
