The sauces I've tried (Bold as Love and Moondance Marinade) are great. Instead of the usual heat+ketchup+sugar that makes up the bulk of the other marinades and sauces out there, these sauces have a sublime flavor. Nothing overpowering to assault your senses - just thoughtful and uncommon combinations of flavors. If you're a hopeless foodie, you have to check these out.

I use these sauces all the time and they are super yummy. Last year I made holiday gift baskets using these sauces in bright colored gift boxes with lots of festive tissue paper, they were a huge hit. I gave them to friends and clients - the sauces are a favoite of mine, luckily I've got a Whole Foods nearby!

If you've never tried hot and sweet together, then you are missing out on lots of things in life. This great combination is at the heart of Happy Together. I especially like this glaze on pork.
I am also a big fan of Moondance Marinade, the first d'Oni product I tried. This is perfect with chicken. Guests are always complimenting me on how moist and flavorful the chicken is and asking how I did it. Usually, I don't mind giving away the secret.
And don't even get me started on anything with ginger. I love it and the What's Going On teriyaki sauce.
As for the Bold As Love honey-habenero mustard, that's all I use on ham sandwiches now. Bye-bye dijon.
And now a variety pack. I will definitely be sending this to the gourmets on my Christmas list.
