"Good Cook"
When I can't find a product where I live, I turn to Amazon.com and they usually don't let me down. So happy to find Zatarains Salmon Cake Mix! I make four big patties with each box and serve with a rice dish and a salad. Makes a great, quick meal for two people.

Zatarain's Seafood Cake Mixes, Salmon Cake Mix, 5.75-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12) This is really good. The mix is enough for 16 ounces of salmon, though I usually use two 6 ounce cans and save about a third of the mix for breading the cakes. Yummy!!!
