5Worth a tryJan 29, 2007
By W. Lewis "Vegtbull"
I drank this several times a day leading up to the delivery of my first baby. Not sure if it's the tea, luck, genetics or a combination of the three, but I had an all-natural delivery with only 30 minutes of pushing and no tearing! It was a text-book perfect birth. I'll drink lots of the tea for the next baby. Why not?

UPDATE: Drank this stuff again during my 2nd pregnancy. Baby was out in 3 pushes. The midwives said I make delivery look easy. Again, not sure if the tea gets the credit, but I'd drink it again for my 3rd pregnancy.

4Humm... I changed my mindNov 09, 2008

"Well this is not the tastiest tea, nor is it the most effective. I would say that diet and eating proper foods works much better than drinking tea made of raspberry leaves, although I am still using it, I hope it is helping." Is what I said after I first bought it. Amazon won't let me change my rating but I was wrong...

I began to drink this tea often, Most days of the month. The weeks before my cycle, about when I start to ovulate. I start to drink at least 6 bags a day and I have seen a HUGE IMPROVEMENT in my pain.

I have had severe cramping since I started my "woman time" several years ago. This is the first time I have seen relief. While this could do with a combination of things, I can say that there is a signifigant change in the heaviness of my cycle.

Another tip, I mix this tea with the Joint Pain tea that Yogi has as well. This has helped to mask the mildly unpleasant flavor of this tea.

5I love this tea!May 07, 2008

Firstly, the raspberry tea doesn't taste all that great. I mix it up with a little bit of milk or a tiny bit of cranberry juice. The taste is wonderful with these added flavors. I've suffered with menstrual cramps for 20yrs, it's a show stopper when I'm suffering, no work, nothing, just staying in bed. My doctor put me on prescription Motrin and the over the counter drugs to keep my life moving each month. I have finally found something that's good for you and helps SO MUCH! this tea made my cramps go away, it's like anything else, you have to drink 2 or 3 cups through out the day to keep them away, but it works! I highly recommend this tea and will use it instead of over the counter/prescription drugs.

5this is my favorite tea!Sep 30, 2009

i've been using this tea for several months now. i'm in my late 20s, and i am not pregnant, nor am i trying to get pregnant. this tea seems to have a really balancing effect on my cycle and reproductive system. stress tends to get me a little irregular, but this tea seems to keep me on track (both with bm's and menstruation). i've also noticed a slight increase in sex drive, which is quite a pleasant surprise. i switch to yogi tea's women's moon cycle for the day before my period and the first few days, when cramps are more challenging, and that seems to work for me. otherwise, it is raspberry leaf tea for me, throughout the month. usually two cups from the same bag each morning.

5Love the tea - just use a STRAW to avoid tooth stainingOct 25, 2010
By Happy Mom "Smiley"
Not sure if this is what sped up my 3rd birth, but I drank 3-4 cups a day steeped for 20 min each about 1 1/2 weeks beforehand and then I steeped about 10 tea bags for 30 min and drank it when I got to the hospital. I had less than a 5 hour labor and 5 min of pushing. The only thing I wasn't paying attention to was my teeth because I was so focused on an easy labor. Within a week, my teeth had stained so much! So, make sure you rinse well and consider a straw if you steep it as much as I did.
