Simply follow the directions on the box, drink it at night, and it will work the morning after you drink it. Sometimes, you may feel some slight cramping, but then you know it is working. However, it is not good to use daily as your body will come to rely on it. Use sparingly and you will be pleased.

The title says it all. Before I bought this product, I honestly didn't think it would work but I said hey I would give it a try since other people gave it good reviews on Amazon. I picked it up at my local grocery store. The tea taste REALLY good. It is just a regular tasting mint tea. The box says the product works in 6-8 hours. I found this NOT to be true but the product DOES work. I took the tea at around 4pm in the afternoon (although it tells you to take it at bedtime) and for me It didn't work until around 9am the next day. So for me it took around 17 hours to work but it will probably be different for everybody. Just make sure you have access to a toilet. You may or may not experience some "SLIGHT" cramping for an hour before of after your restroom break. Notice I said Slight not horrible or unbearable. This tea is in my opinion better than OTC products such as Miralax. Like I said I highly recommend this product because let's face it I wouldn't waste my time writing a review for a product that I didn't either really like or really hate. You can order it at Amazon or pick it up at Walmart or Meijer.

This stuff works, it does what it's supposed to do within 8-12 hours for me. It tastes really good, just like slightly sweetened peppermint tea, it goes down easy and things come out easy. Amazon also has it for a great price, all the local stores in my area sell it for around $6 or $7 a box so getting 6 boxes for under $15 is a total steal.

this to me is more of a stool softner i cant describe it any other way. i drink one each day and i go twice a day now and i feel better all around.
