 Finland beats China, price is right, but not "100% xylitol"Nov 24, 2009

The competitors use Chinese xylitol whereas these are Finnish, presumably from birch. At the very least, that provides more assurance of quality control. OTOH, the front of the box proclaims "100% Xylitol" when it actually contains more added ingredients than any other brand, listed in small print as "Gum Arabic, Magnesium Stearate, Natural Flavor, Carnauba Wax, Beeswax". The only distinction is that the other ingredients just add bulk without tooth decay. However, it IS 50% xylitol and the price per ounce of xylitol is slightly less than competitors with close to 100% (at least before shipping). Epic Dental makes nearly 100% (Chinese)zylitol mints.

Xylichew Mints not only leave your mouth refreshed and clean, they are great for settling a sour stomach. Couldn't have made it through the mountains in California without getting car sick if it hadn't been for the mints. Sucked on three of them, one after the other, and no more queasy tummy. They are also great for those moments when your mouth suddenly goes dry and there's nothing close by to drink.
A really great product.
Oh, and the Raspberry flavor is awesome tasting as well.

I had heard from dentists that xylitol was an excellent sugar substitute that kills the bacteria in your mouth. ...so I bought some of these mints and they are great. They are tasty and they make my mouth feel very clean.

Great Tasting & sweet without an overpowering
taste of peppermint like spry mints.
Good for a child with an upset stomach,
as peppermint helps to soothe.
I use them due to having an overgrowth of candida,
which gives me earaches caused by bacteria.
Xylitol is said to stop the bacteria,
whereas sugar helps it grow.
I also chew xylitol gum.
A great price for the product!

I love these mints. They have Xylitol, so they're good for teeth. The taste is not too intense. Perfect flavor.
But the box, ugh., I use a tin instead, but it wouldn't take too much work to re-design the box to be functional. The tops are loose and the mints spill out. Every time. All over your purse, backpack, pocket.
