Great quick mix chiliDec 23, 2010

Chili can be a great cold weather meal and I use these as a quick dinner solution. It tastes good, it's easy to prepare, and if you have left overs it's easy to freeze. It also tastes better the next day!
I make this two batches at a time (meaning I double the recipe and use two bags of the mix, 2 cans of sauce, etc.). To that, I prepare and add:
1) 1 to 1-1/2 pounds ground turkey, browned first
2) 1 Onion and a couple cloves of garlic (lightly browned first)
3) 2 15oz cans of black beans (or 1 large 29oz can)
4) a little Tabasco to taste
5) Whatever you want to throw in, but the longer it cooks, the better.
Serve it with some hearty thick sliced bread or corn bread and it's a great meal. I know some people like to add grated cheese or sour cream, which can only make it better. Enjoy!

We really love this chili mix!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the best ever!!!!!!!! Please hurry and get some in soon so we can order because we cannot get any where we live.None of the stores carry it.

We had tried this product and loved it. Unfortunately we could not find it anymore. So we turned to Amazon. We had to buy it by the case, but it's so worth it. We'll be doing it again soon.
