So goodFeb 18, 2009

These are delicious breaded and fried in a little oil. Loma Linda and Worthington Foods make the best meat substitutes on the market. Prepared right with minimal effort, they are perfectly satisfying in every way. Just love them and am so happy that I can get them so easily on line. So are my friends, some of whom never knew how good meat substitutes could be.

Dredge them in flour, cornmeal, a little garlic pepper and saute in olive oil. Make some gravy and serve with mashed potatoes and a salad. Delish!!

multigrain cutlet from Worthington Review.Feb 14, 2010
Multi-grain Cutlets are a vegetarian source of protein and fiber. Excellent. Bake or fry them or cut and put in casserole. Makes great sandwiches.

If you love soy sauce...Mar 21, 2010
By Jennifer L. Madison ...then these are fantastic. I tried breading and frying a couple of them, but could not get past that stong soy sauce flavor. For the remaining cutlets, I discarded the liquid from the can and soaked them for a day in a mock beef broth. The taste was more to my liking after I did that.
