FIERY BUFFALO BLEU ME AWAYAug 01, 2008

Wow. Make that a double wow. This is the real deal. I've been eating snack foods since the Eisenhower administration, and I can't remember when something grabbed my attention like these Wingers. I like snacks with crunch and fire, and they come up aces in both departments. Am not a big fan of bleu cheese in salad dressings and such, but here it provides the perfect complement to the spiciness. Can't wait to try the other levels.

Where is the heat??Feb 08, 2009

I was attracted to these because of the package design. For one, it looked cool, and two the idea of a rating system was awesome. Too often, snacks and restaurants cater to the palette of the general public when they call things "spicy". Buffalo Nickels Wingers #5 unfortunately also falls into this category. I thought I had got a bad batch, then I read the ingredients. The closer an ingredient is to the beginning of the ingredient list, the more of it there is. Listed at about number 16 on the ingredients is "dry hot sauce (cayenne, garlic). I gave these a 2 star because they don't taste bad, nice blue cheese flavor, but there is no heat to what is supposed to be the "hottest" of this brand.

taste without msgJan 09, 2010
By Kat Had pretty much given up on finding a tasty chip that would be safe to give my husband who suffers from food allergies. Its great to find something that never makes you feel as if you sacrificed. We've had all three levels - each is great.

My fault really as I can immediately tell when these so called "snack alternatives" make bold foolish claims. But yet i picked them up anyway, i should have a collection of opened bag failed snacks in the cupboard if they didn't get tossed after being forgotten for a few weeks...months.
These are BAD seriously, anyone who finds these snacks even remotely "tasty" really have given up "good, bad for you snacks" because they are no fun, dry, paper-ish, flavorless junk.
No heat, no flavor, poor texture no FUN.
Avoid
