I have been taking this product for 2 months, I have noticed my energy has increased. I am F 76 years young and need all the help I can get. By buying the product in the pack of 3 from Amazon it was cheaper then in the drugstore at 12.99 for one. The product melts in your mouth, not a pill to swallow.
