This is very high quality soy lecithin.. Very finely grated and not clumpy. I use this to mix water with oil to make a very light cream. Works best if you heat the oil you are using first and then blend it in a blender. A+ product I will get more.

Very good quality item. Worked much better than the soy lecithin I was using in the past and I like the container as it will do a better job of keeping out the moisture as well.

I use this product every day so I don't have to be on prescription drugs for Cholesterol.
I sprinkle a teaspoon in my cereal, or in a power shake. That's all I do and so far so good.
Great price and it's working.
