Gingerbread house makers take note!Aug 19, 2011

After making gingerbread houses and cookies just for the fun of it for the children old and young I know, I needed to find a bulk quantity of egg white to make the royal icing with. Those 3 ounce cans that are widely available just get too expensive. Amazon is equivalent to Google in the manner that search and ye shall find. If you make a lot of Royal Icing, this is your product, meringue also.

Can't live without itFeb 19, 2012

I use this product everyday to turn protein shakes into "shake cakes ". The canned egg white powder in the grocery stores has become hard to find and the cans are expensive and not large enough. This product works exactly the same. Love it!
First Time User - goodFeb 22, 2012
By Jackaron Definitely see a different in my macarons - especially during the humid season. Will definitely order again. But I wish they had a smaller serving size. But luckily, it's good as long as you leave it in the fridge for another two years.
