For anyone looking to infuse your food with a hint of flavor, this grapeseed oil is INCREDIBLE. I have used it to make omelettes, drizzled it over spinach for a light salad, fried up sausage links in the pan with it, stirred it into a divine mushroom risotto, and replaced it for the olive oil in a marinade for lamb steaks. You name it and it matches up really well. Taste, aroma, and not likely that my kitchen cabinet will be without it, the newest staple that goes with the Truffle Oil, and good Olive Oil in my home!
