This is not as good as I had hoped. My own preference is for the non-smoked Wild Planet Troll Caught Wild King Salmon - as it is the best salmon I have ever had from a can - bar none! This product, although it has a nice smokey flavor, is somewhat mushy compared to the non-smoked product.

So good. I mix it with cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic, tabasco and onion powder. I serve it with crackers. Can't keep up with the demand. Need to order more.
