I am not a fan of most health food/energy bars because they are normally too full of sugar, contain GMO Soy or are too chewy (like rawhide). I was pleasantly surprised that these bars were not only extremely tasty but also easy to chew and do not contain any soy or other GMO products. I just wish they were a little bigger, but you get a wollop of flavor, protein and fiber in this 1.6 ounce bar. I am highly impressed and cannot wait to try the other flavors.

Vegan. Organic. Kosher. Very sweet, very raspberry, candy-like flavor. Mega-delicious treat. Wow! Just placed reorder after eating first bar from box. Eleven stars. Made with organic dates, organic raisins, organic cashews, organic apples, organic raspberries, organic chia seeds, organic flavor, and organic lemon juice. Chia seeds are from the salvia family of plants. Salvia means 'to heal.' Kosher "D" from processing on shared equipment. 180 Kcal and 2g of protein per bar. Also really like Weil By Nature's Path Organic Chocolada Walnut Pure Fruit And Nut Bars, 1.6 Ounce Bars (Pack of 16) in the chocolate nut style. Finally, an affordable and healthy energy bar. The price was right, they where a perfect size, they tasted good, and I really liked the quality ingredients. I highly recommend them!

I like this. However, a pure fruit and nut bar is kind of an overkill for healthy product. Expensive too.

I have tried two other flavors of these bars and really liked them so I thought I would try these. As soon as I bit into one of these bars I detected a really strange flavor, not a pleasant one. I was very disappointed and still am. A SHAME the nice raspberry flavor is not the main flavor, but it is not, must be the chia seeds that have this unpleasant flavor.
