Good Tasting PastaJan 11, 2007

We tried spelt pasta after we discovered wheat allergies in our family and the allergist said spelt might not cause the same issues. We've tried the shells and elbows. We prefer the elbows as a pasta dish as the shells are very small. But the taste is equally good and we've had no trouble switching from the white or wheat flour variety pastas.

I like the whole line of VitaSpelt pastas. These little shells taste great and are a great alternative for those allergic to wheat.

THIS IS A GREAT PASTA. GOOD FOR USUAL SERVING, LIKE VARIOUS SAUCES, BUT MAKES EXCELLENT PASTA SALADS AND IS DELICIOUS IN HOME MADE SOUP
