Definitely worth trying.Apr 08, 2009

If you like paella --a more common seafood Spanish dish-- I believe you will appreciate the powerful flavor of this "arroz con calamares en su tinta" (i.e., rice and cuttle fish in their own ink.) This makes for a quick dish but it tastes more like an accomplished cook's one.
BTW, Amazon carries these Vigo rice dishes at very competitive prices. With their free shipping policy, I think these are no-brainers.
The only drawback I see from these packages is that Amazon sells six of them but I could not find their expiration date before purchasing. When they came, their exp. date was far enough for it not to be a problem, but I still think that this piece of information should be provided.

If you're into Spanish dishes, this one is a classic with hours off of the prep time.
