This is a hearty,sweet healthy drink. A blend of vegetables and fruit it helps me to get my daily nutrients in a tasty form when otherwise I might not. Highly recommended

Not much to say. It tastes good like a smoothie should. You can see the nutrition facts for yourself. I currently "subscribe and save" three orders a month. I find it an easy way to get my daily intake of fruit. It's a pain having to buy fruit and then eat it before it goes bad. This can be stored in a pantry.

It might have some vitamins, but like many seemingly healthy foods, its main flavor is sugar. I agree with a previous poster that it has a medicine taste to it. I definitely expect something better from a national brand.
