Nice for giving a little flavor to water. I keep the mix in a plastic container with a pouring spout, sprinkle a little (probably half as much as the package recommends) into a glass, fill it with tap water, and swirl it around. It's not too sweet (especially if you don't actually stir it with a spoon), and the ginger adds a pleasant zing.
