I have a couple of these kits under my belt now, and wish they still had the great deals available here! I made this kit as is with no mods and it came out terrific! Right on par with your $15-$20 bottle of store bought.. Actually liked this wine better than the 15.00 bottle I used to top up the carboy! Please do us a favor and bring back these kits with FSSS ASAP!!! The tagline for these kits should be good things come in small packages..
