Not to toot my own horn to much, but I am somewhat an expert in snack foods. I have been eating them for my whole life, and have been involved in making them since the late 80's. This snack, True North Almond Nut Clusters is very, very good (if you like nuts of course). It's tasty, full of nuts and just sweet enough without being exactly candy. Personally, I like to break up the clusters and add a little to (what is otherwise) bland and healthy cereal or yogurt to make a pallet pleasing combination. Or if you are feeling naughty, it makes an excellent ice cream topping.
While this isn't ever going to be considered "Health Food", it is part of a new class of "Better For You Snacks" how much better is between you and your doctor, but you certainly can eat food that is worse for you than this that doesn't taste near as good, so there you go.
If you like nuts, and you haven't tried True North products, you should!

TrueNorth is a brand under the Frito-Lay conglomerate, and it specializes in 100% natural, no artificial colors or preservatives snacks. This is the Almond Nut Clusters, and they are delicious. The almonds were of the highest quality, with just enough of the brown rice syrup and organic sugar to lock them together into bite-sized chunks, and give them a delicious added sweetness.
Right, as you can tell, I love these Nut Clusters. I find them absolutely delicious, and I think that they make a great snack. So, do yourself a favor, and buy some TrueNorth Almond Nut Clusters. You won't regret it!

I had never even heard of this brand or this product until we had dinner at a friend's house. They had set out some cheese and crackers and a bowl of these. They were so good that I had to ask what they were, and I went right out and got some. The nice thing about them is that they're SIMPLE! Just almonds and some sweetness in a nice mouth-sized square. And they're a bit tender, not like rocks. I highly recommend them!

I bought this for my mother and myself because we love eating pecans. My mother does not like snacks that are too sweet. However, she loves the almond nut clusters, because they have just the right amount of sweetness to cover your sweet tooth, but are not too sweet where you can't taste the pecan itself. Overall, it's nice to eat a few in the morning to get you going for the day!

I tried this snack on a whim, and to my delight, I love it! You could eat the whole bag, but I try show some control and only eat a small amount at one time. It has to be the best snack I've discovered in a very long time! Healthy? I'm not so sure - it is better than most high-fat snacks, but still not something you can eat all the time. But it is oh, so good!
