Most scrubs I've used work fine but I didn't love them. This Tree Hut Shea Body Scrub in Coconut Lime is so nice to use. It smells great. I notice more of the lime smell then coconut. The scrub is very fine and feels really nice. It is so moisturizing that I don't even have to use lotion after my shower. I LOVE this scrub and will always keep it in my shower.

A must-have for sunless tanning!Mar 10, 2012

How I use it for the perfect sunless tan: In the shower, after washing with my regular body wash, I scoop it out as needed and just rub it all over my body with my bare hands. (Shower gloves might be helpful with the process, but I haven't tried them). No need to wash it off! The moisture it leaves behind is the perfect amount you need for tanning. (Every sunless tan will turn out 100x better and last longer if you use exfoliated and moisturized skin). Then, I simply towel dry and apply my tanner. I know this is a scrub review, but for those interested, I would HIGHLY recommend using the St. Tropez bronzing mousse and APPLY IT WITH THE MITT! While it costs a pretty penny, it is hands down the best self tanner I've ever used and I've tried them all. It is non-streaky, NOT ORANGE, buildable, perfectly natural, safe for your face, pleasant smell (even when it develops, the "self-tanner" smell is hardly noticeable!) These two products in combination compliment each other perfectly. But no matter what self-tanner you use, you will love this product.
Why I love this product (aside from self tanning):
This scrub is absolutely amazing; I cannot rave about it enough. Let me preface this review with something I feel is very important and relevant: when is comes to beauty and personal care, my tastes are rather extravagant. Normally, I would never consider "drug store"-type beauty products. But on a whim when shopping one day, I plopped this into my cart. I have never gone back to another scrub. Unlike many others which are slightly gritty, this is actually abrasive enough to slough away dead skin. But that being said, it is extremely gentle--you have complete control over just how "scrubbed down" you want to be. It leaves behind the perfect amount of moisture--no need to apply lotion after the shower. It doesn't contain parabens. The scent is amazing. The price is dirt-cheap. Try it; you won't regret it.

OMG!!! this body scrub is so awesome! I'm such a scrub freak this is one thing I can't live without beside my tooth brush lol. So I got my package today it was well packed and its 3 jars i feel like i have a whole Year supply of this stuff which i will use in a few months lol. As soon as I got my package I opened it and hop in the shower so quick to try it. I must say since its my first time using this brand, I got out the shower with a big smile on my face, feeling so soft and smelling so good too. This scrub is like heaven to my skin, it's exfoliates my body so well, I can't stop smiling... My husband saw me smiling non stop and he asked me if I was cheating on him and I said yes I'm soooo cheating on you honey! And he said what's his name then I replied " his name is Tree Hut Shea sugar coconut lime body scrub!" and I said you should try it sometimes sweetie. Then he said " that's an awful long name, but I love the smell and it makes my wife happy so im happy too! And maybe I will try it sometimes!" Haha!
So there you have it ladies and gents, my secret late night rendez-vous in the shower is with my Tree hut
body scrub... And ladies if you want that sensual late night soft body feeling, may I suggest you try Tree Hut body scrub. Oh trust me you won't be disappointed.

I usually don't like sugar scrubs because they are so messy, leaving gooey puddles in my shower/tub. I also find them hard to rinse off, often leaving an oily residue (oil and water don't mix, right?). This is totally not the case with Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub! I bought the coconut lime scent. It is fantastic. The sugar is rough, yes, with big crystals, but washes off cleanly and leaves your skin smooth as silk! No oily residue. I use it all over my body, on legs before I shave (no razor burn!). I even use it on my face a few times a week and that is saying a lot! I have normal to dry skin with rosacea and this scrub does not irritate it at all.
