These are a nice snack when you are feeling disciplined and want to eat sensibly. This product exceeded my expectations and 1 of my friends have ordered it also. The cherries are great in salads, trail mix, or just for eating out of hand to help with the needs for satisfying cravings, fiber and rougage in the diet.

I love dried cherries, add them with walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg to my morning oatmeal. I love the tart flavor but have found with these cherries, it takes a lot more chewing to bring out the cherry flavor. Maybe they are dried a bit longer than others, or maybe a different variety of cherries than what I am used to.
