I brought this tea a year ago, I was looking for something to help me relax and thought I would give it a try. I've been drinking it ever since, it's better then sleepy time and I enjoy the flavor. I let my Mother's nurse and Sister try it and now my Sister and I order it together. We love it

soothing. The aroma & flavor are very good. It does in fact have a "sweet minty flavor". I like! It is a kinda expensive though. I can't find it anywhere for less than $3.50 a box.
(in general i am a huge Yogi tea fan. but i don't i don't think their stress relief tea is as good as traditional medicinals)

Very good product, it helps me very well with my headaches about 80% of the time. When it does help, it completely removes the headache, it is very fast acting and tastes great! It is a great alternative to Tylenol which has been known to cause liver damage and is a drug that isn't very good for you to take unless you have to. Now I don't have to worry about taking Tylenol for my headaches as much because this usually does the job, and I get about 1-2 headaches a week. If this doesn't help you with headaches if you are like me, try feverfew usually available as a pill, but in my case, not fast acting and only effective 30-40% of the time. Maybe feverfew would work for you, but in my situation I would highly recommend easy now over feverfew!

This is the only tea I've found that really helps calm my anxiety. It tastes better than most other calming teas and doesn't make me sleepy. Many local stores don't carry this one, but amazon has the best price anyway with the subscribe and save deal.
