I love this product! I take approximately 5 cups of water and add 6-7 tea
bags. Cap and put it in the fridge. Before going to bed at night I swig about 3 tbsps with any meds I need at night and go to sleep. Next morning,
voila!!!!! Figure this one out for yourself. No last minute bathroom breaks
and no puffiness!

I bought this tea as a semi-substitute for the salt water flush in doing the master cleanse. It tasted just like watered down hot chocolate which defiantly freaked me out, especially after the massive cramping and desired results later on. I have to say, if you are cleansing, or looking for something thing that works...this will do it and it tastes pretty darn good! It might be possible to develop an aversion though...try one bag first in your cup other wise you might hurt yourself!

A cup prepared before bedtime and you're good to "go" in the morning. No gas that I've noticed. The stevia adds a hint of sweet to the chocolate flavor.
Packaging: "CHOCOLATE SMOOTH MOVE" in huge letters on the side of the box. If you receive the package at work, you're peers shall have confirmed their thoughts about your condition all those years.

It worked the first time I took it, about 12 hrs later. One thing you need to keep in mind though is that you can't drink it the night before you have a big meeting tomorrow morning, you will have to go to restroom at least two times in an urgent need.
