Product pleasing, packaging notJun 20, 2008

I sent this to my father who has been looking for something like it for quite some time. He was very pleased with the results except that one of the 4 bags had a knife cut from the warehouse prior to shipment. There was about a 15% loss of one of the bags due to spilling in the box. This also made a mess of the book that was also shipped inside the same box. Other than that he is a happy man.
