Au Jus for you!Nov 05, 2011

I make this product, not as a sauce, but as a seasoning for steak. I first add a little olive oil, then I add the Au Jus and end it with soy sauce (instead of salt or pepper as they dries and bitters your steak if left on too long during marination). Afterwards, I marinate in the fridge from 4 hours to overnight. Then I pan sear + oven cook the steaks. The result: the taste is just as good as any steak I've eaten at any of Bobby Flay's restaurants. It's that good.
