this product was just as i'd hoped for.
my 2 yr old kid likes to eat these for a snack. the taste is perfect and the slices are crispy. half ounce is a perfect small snack.

These are convienent snacks, but the strawberry flavor is tangy (not sweet) and the texture leads you to believe you are eating strawberry flavored styrofoam. The apple snack is better tasting, but they added sugar, so not as healthy. Plus an afterthought on my side, but peeld non-organic appl;es are safer than no-organic strawberries... I hope they are washing the fruit before they freeze dry it to get rid of pesticides.

This is my first purchase from this company and I am very happy I tried them. The strawberry is very tasty but I really like the cinnamon apple the best. The apple has real 'apple' flavor and crispness. They are both delicious with real fruit flavor. This company seems to be able to freshly pick and instantly freeze the high quality and flavor of the fruit. However, their price is very high.... especially for 20 tiny little packages. Each package weighs .5 ounce and that is truly reflected in the tiny amount in each one of them despite the fruits being totally dehydated and exceedingly light weight. Even with this month's sale on this product, they are quite costly for what you get. If money is no object, I highly recommend you try these non-adulterated freeze dried fruits....they are delicious and a quick 'on the go' snack or lunch box fruit replacement!

Very dehydrated but thats what I ordered. They will make a good taste for my 2012 stash. Sealed very well, I bet they last longer than myself.
