i drink the acai juice every day and was looking for something to add to my water. this stuff is supposed to be great for you. i have noticed a decrease in my aches and pains and also, i have alot more energy. enough of the acai, as for this powder, i love it. this is the third time i am getting it. i used to by crystal light and lipton mixes to add to my water, but this is better. it is natural and you do get an energy buzz after you drink it. you don't feel gittery but you know you have more energy plus, it is supposed to be great for you. it is very tasty and if you are looking for something to spice up that plain water, this is it. i know it is pricey, but the health benefits are worth it.

I've tried these from Costco, and they are great! I like that they are all natural sources of energy like green tea, b vitamins, and acai berry, and sweetened with stevia, an all natural sweetner. At first I didn't realize that one packet is 2 servings and I was drinking it all at once. This makes it a little too sweet for my taste. But using the half-packet is perfect. It doesn't make me jittery like coffee or redbull, and isn't as hard on my adrenal glands either. A great product.
Be warned that some of the sellers advertise free shipping and then tack on an extra $6 when you're checking out. Only the Amazon Super Saver shipping is the one that is actually free. Keep an eye out for that.

Doesn't taste that great, very chalky. Didn't notice any more eneergy so I'm Not sure if it works like it says it does.

I keep one in my purse at all times. Pour half a packet into a bottle of water - or better yet - carry your own water bottle. The flavor is great, keeps me drinking water and assists with alkaline balance. My pharmacist gave me the tip!

I have had other friends try this, and it's 50/50 whether or not they like the flavor. I love it. And it works. For someone like me, that has never drank pop and really doesn't like coffee, this is a great substitute for a wake up drink. It lasts the whole day and there's no crash. Just don't drink it too close to bed, or you won't sleep right away.
