I can finally make stuffed shells............Aug 01, 2007
By Julie Cicero I am a fan of Tinkyada products, and was happy to find the shells. I made some stuffed shells and was veroy pleased. They cook up nicely, and don't stick together as much as regular wheat pasta. My celiac clients are ecstatic!!!

I am gluten-intolerant and Tinkyada is my favorite brand for pastas. I love to make various stuffed entrees with these Grand Shells! My family is not restricted to a gluten-free diet and loves them as well!

Hard to find gluten free items that are reminescent of durum wheat pasta. This is a superb product. As are all of the Tinkyada products. Can prep ahead of time. Reheats well without losing its stability and texture.
