ExcellentNov 24, 2008
By M. Flanagan TinkYada Brown Rice Pasta is as good as regular wheat Pasta. Most Rice Pastas have a funky texture but this one does not. It tastes very close to a regular pasta. It's simply the best Rice pasta I've had and I've tried a lot!

The best pastatute for your moneyFeb 15, 2008
By Ginger Spice You just can't go wrong with Tinkiyada. The only substitute product that dosen't taste like a substitute. It is like eating the real thing. I find that cooking it according to the energy conserving directions on the package delivers the best result for taste and texture.

By L. A. Foy You have no idea how nice it is to be able to get the brown rice pastas I need (celiac disease) and when you order a case, it's way cheaper than buying in a store... that's IF you can FIND it in a store... and shipping is FREE!! Amazon gourmet foods ROCKS!!
Gold StandardFeb 11, 2012

I believe Tinkyada is the gold standard for gluten free noodles. I love their products and find that most people will not notice a significant difference using them in recipes. The tricks to cooking gluten free noodles is to cook with a dash of olive oil in the water to prevent sticking and when done (take one out and cut it and then taste it to be sure) to rinse them extremely well with HOT tap water, then drain and SERVE immediately or add to your favorite dish or casserole.
Please note that when using frozen gluten free noodle leftovers, expect the noodles to break up and disintegrate when recooked. Leftovers are better used in the first two days refrigerated than frozen.
Forget Quinoa Pasta if you are celiacOct 25, 2011

This holds up much better than Quinoa and maintains its texture during reheating. You won't even be able to tell the difference (except for the price!) from durum wheat pasta. This entire line of rice pastas is excellent. And cheaper by the case than at the grocery store; plus Amazon delivers to your door for free!
