I had never eaten Chow Mein Noodles until I ordered The Tiger Tiger Orginal Chow Mein Noodles, and I have been in love ever since. These noodles taste great! They can and do taste great when cooked at several different textures. I use them in a variety of recipes, or I eat them with only butter. They haven't failed me yet!
