5Good wort.Aug 10, 2011
By A. Caldwell
Has a great flavor and is not bitter. This is a staple wort and unfortunately our local home brew supplier does not carry it - so we order it on Amazon. Give it a try!

5Quality productJun 14, 2012
By Matt Elmore
I reconstituted 3 lbs of light DME then added this can of HME at flameout. After a week in the fermenter I dry hopped with about an ounce each of Centennial and Willamette for 10 days. After 3 weeks in the bottle I had a nice, pleasently bitter ale that I've gotten multiple compliments on.
