Great Flavor and StrengthFeb 22, 2009

I use this tea at night to help me go to sleep. This brand tastes great even if oversteeped or made very strong and never gets bitter. I keep the cup of brewed tea by my bedside and drink it during the night if I awake and can't get back to sleep. In less than 10 minutes I'm back in dreamland.

Looking for "Melissa tea" as my dad wanted me to help him find this tea as he didn't know what it was. My dad wanted to try this as he read about it and thought it would help with his health. I ordered this for him and got three cans thinking I can try one myself. Once I tried it I am drinking this now almost every day as the taste is just so pleasant.

I've been having trouble sleeping soundly, so I researched on types of teas that would help me with relaxation and a more peaceful sleep. I drink a cup every night, and I now feel like I can get to sleep easier and not wake up so much in the night. It's a mild tasting green-herb flavored tea and I like it alot. Not too sweet or strong, just a nice smooth flavor. A high quality product!

I was looking for Lemon Balm tea that only on ingredient... Lemon Balm. It was had to find but thanks to Amazon and Tao of tea I found it! This has a nice, light flavor and is perfect to drink before bedtime. Thanks Tao of tea! Please keep making this product!

As far as we can tell good quality tea, fast shipping, Lemon Balm tea is hard to get around here, so I will order again even though it seems priced on the high side.
