Our fresh cranberry sauce paired with gorgonzola cream is a great flavor combination. Like all of our pastry kisses. all butter puff pastry and our disposable tray make these an elegant appetizer for all seasons. Simply remove the tray from the box, remove the plastic wrap from the tray and place the tray on a foil-lined baking sheet in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. It is important that the oven is preheated and that the baking sheet is in the middle of the oven for even baking.
