We were shocked when we tried our first batch of these dumplings. After 16 years in the catering business and frying dumplings and potstickers with a huge clean up required we found that baking these dumplings in our own bakeable disposable tray saved lots of headaches! They are delicious, easy to prepare, virtually no clean up and look great when served with a unique toothpick. While baking the sauce actually intensifies its flavor while the shrimp is cooking through. We like to make a checkerboard of chives and place a skewered dumpling in each square for a really cool presentation. Your friends will be asking for cooking classes!
