Not only does this delicates wash smell lovely, but it is very concentrated. I wash virtually all my hand-washables with this and still replenish only every 6 months or so. I appreciated the redesign of the label on the back of the bottle, with instructions on how much to use and how to wash particular items. I also like that it's not full of chemicals and "has been tested on Gwen and Lindsey and not on animals." That sentiment shows not only conscience on the part of the creators of The Laundress, but also a sense of girlfriend-like humor. They value the investment in clothing, making it last by treating it well, and using one's own elbow grease to do it. It's nice to use a product created by and for someone like me, not by some big monolithic corporation.

I went in search of a product to use for newly-purchased (and upgraded) lingerie, and searched/found one on Amazon. I read the reviews on The Laundress Delicate Wash, then visited their website ([...]) to read more about their products. I found some great videos on their website, demonstrating the "proper" way to safely wash expensive delicates. Very helpful! I had also found it difficult to find local products for delicate washing - thank goodness for Amazon! After trying this wash, it really as wonderful as other reviewers have said. Easy to use, very mild and non irritating to the skin and cleans items thoroughly and gently. It has a very mild fragrance that I did not find too much or too offensive. Great product!

Love this product! It is very concentrated so you only need to use a little bit. I use this detergent to handwash my lingerie, silk top, favorite shirts etc. It smells lady-like indeed. Even after air-drying my clothes, they feel so soft as if they were in the drier. I have tried many environment friendly products from other brands but this one gives the best results in my opinion. I love the Laundress!

i wash my delicates by hand in the sink with this miracle juice. i can't believe how much grime it gets out of everything; especially when there is no visible odor or discoloration. leaves my lady things soft and with a really nice smell. plus, it's eco & environmentally friendly! will definitely purchase again!
