This is one of the best gluten-free mixes around. It is especially good when mixed with pumpkin to make pumpkin bread. You wouldn't know that it's gluten free.

This cake mix is absolutely awesome. Very easy to prepare and is OHHH so good. For those of us who have to avoid glutens in our diet sometimes baked goods just aren't at all tasty, but this one is so good my husband, who is not gluten sensitive, eats it and says he can't tell any difference from the regular spice cake mixes. Will definitely be buying more of these.

The Gluten Free Pantry Spice Cake mix is excellent!..I have Lactose problems as well as gluten and have made the ginger bread recipe on the package several times..I use the one made with applesauce and a bit of ginger ..moist and tasty, treat for the whole family...The cookies made from this mix are also excellent...I find most of the products from this company are really great..

My family loves this! It's hard to believe it's gluten free. It has a great flavor and aroma, nice texture, and is simple and quick to make. At the request of my kids, we will have this right along side the pies for Thanksgiving dessert. A definite fall must have. Amazon's price on this is incredible-can't be beat!

I have been playing around with modifying favorite recipes to make them gluten-free, as well as trying various pre-packaged mixes....this one's a winner! To make terrific Ginger Snap cookies, just follow directions on the box.
