Perfect lunchApr 05, 2008
By K.A.K. The Thai Kitchen Noodle Cart is the perfect item if you pack your own lunch for work. They don't take a lot of time to prepare and everything you need to prepare/eat it is included (besides the hot water, which I use a hotpot for, it is also microwave friendly). The container provided is used to cook and eat the meal.
I really enjoy the Roasted Garlic flavor; not too spicy. The meal does have a strong aroma so everyone will know when you're eating lunch, but can't beat the convenience. It can be filling if you don't skip breakfast. May not satisfy if this is your first meal of the day. This is a great item for people with certain food allergies since it can be so hard to find those "quick and convenient" meals. Thai Kitchen's site provides a detailed list of their products and allergen info.
To Prepare (I use a hotpot to add the boiling water): -Unwrap container (inside the container all of the ingredients are individually wrapped and a fork is provided) -Open noodle pack and place noodles in container. Add boiling water and cover with lid. -After about 5 minutes drain the water (the provided lid has holes in the corners to allow for safe and easy draining!) -Add seasonings (packets are easy to open, no need for scissors) -Mix well and enjoy! (fork provided)
Tastes great and easy, no-brainer preparation: what a treat!Jul 05, 2010

Most easy to prepare instant foods taste awful. Most great tasting food takes a resurrected Julia Childe to prepare. Thai Kitchen to the rescue! Their Garlic noodle cart prepares with a snap, just boil water! The taste? I could eat this every day and never tire of it. And I'm a pique eater with a gluten allergy. Fussy, very. Lazy, very (when it comes to bachelor's meal preps). Thai Kitchen, whose products I found a couple of years ago, was my solution. With just the easiest of methods, here is a full flavored, savory garlic noodle dish that would shut Chef Ramsey up. If you like Asian style noodles and garlic flamoring, you will love Thai Kitchen Noodle Carts.

Easy, Delicious, Low CalorieAug 18, 2009
By MommySweetMom So easy, and you don't even have to use a microwave (hot pot for boiling water). I think it is a delicious meal; a 230 calorie lunch that I look forward to! Other reviewers think it is spicy / too spicy, but I actually add extra seasoning when I am at home and have it on hand.

Overwhelmingly GarlickyApr 01, 2009
By H. Ritchey First, let me say that I love garlic, but wow, this was just overpowering. I had a million complaints in the office the day I made this, and I felt like I wanted to cover my mouth every single time I talked to people, even though I went through an entire pack of gum. I had tried the roasted peanut flavor, and absolutely loved it, so I was excited to try these. They're very easy to cook and clean up is a breeze, so I will keep a stash of noodle cart products in my pantry for days when I know I won't have much time for lunch. I won't be keeping any of the garlic ones though. I did find that it was an improvement using only half the flavoring when I cooked the second pack I had bought, but it still doesn't make my list of enjoyable lunches... unless of course you need privacy, because no one will want to come near you afterwards!

Great for the Gluten-Free DieterDec 29, 2008
By Teri Clanahan Thai Kitchen puts out a tasty product. The perfect-sized packaging fit perfectly in the mailer boxes I sent to my gluten-free friend when she was in Iraq.
