These are fabulous & quick. Pretty nutritious except for the salt. I pile fresh spinach, cucumbers, carrots (whatever veggies) & tofu on the top and sometimes add a little fresh mint, basil &/or cilantro. You can find them in many grocery stores for under 2.00 per serving - I don't understand why the price here is more than twice that.

If you have never tried these, you are missing out. Their products are fantastic and these soup bowls come in a variety of flavors. If you have a problem with salt, however, these probably are not for you.
