Many of these vegetables are savory, some are sweet and mixed together they achieve a satisfying balance of flavors - complex, nutty, rich, delicate.

5Easy to consume a bag in one sittingNov 11, 2007
By Shelley Gammon "Geek"
There are no trans fats in these chips, so consuming a bag may make you feel guilty, but it will only enlarge your butt, not your heart. They are thicker than traditional potato chips, but not too thick - they are just right and salted perfectly. These are also a great item for entertaining to put in a decorative bowl - a pop of color - a true conversation piece that is edible!

5Unique color and flavorSep 16, 2008

I normally only eat flavored chips, but these are great. Not very greasy, little salt, but a great flavor.

5awesome blue potato chipsOct 10, 2009
By Matthew G. Sherwin
Terra Blue potato chips are everything they say they are: delicious and so good that they're practically addictive, lower in fat than most other types of potato chips with zero tans fats, and they have a neat bluish color with just a touch of black here and there that gives them an aesthetic appeal. As another reviewer notes, it's very, VERY easy to eat a whole bag of these at once--they're only one ounce bags and even if the bags were larger these chips are as good as can be!

They do contain salt and some carbs, so check the nutrition label if these are concerns for you. They are also kosher if that matters to you.

Overall, these chips are the best! I highly recommend them.

5Unique and Delicious.Feb 15, 2009
By Ronnie G.
I had these potato chips for the first time quite a few years on an airplane flight. They were good then and they're good now. Eating a "blue" potato chip is a little unerving at first, but you get over it fast as soon as this delectible little piece of heaven enters your mouth~

Please note though that while they are not as bad for you as regular potato chips, they're still not all that great so eat sparingly~~~
