This soup is one of our backpacking favorites. It's hearty, well-seasoned without being overly spicy, & requires only boiling water & a few minutes to simmer. It is also more economical than the typical packaged backpacker meals found in sporting goods stores. I also keep it on hand for a quick & easy lunch at home. The 5-oz. package makes 2 generous servings. When using at home, I often add a little extra shredded carrot & onion.

i have been eating this soup for about 10 or more years and absolutely luv luv luv it... it stands up to homemade pea soup minus the fresh carrots ... i like to make mine extra thick and i do so by adding a little less water.. then if i want to thin it out a little i can always add some more... if you havent tried it yet... you must !!!!! thanks taste adventure... dont ever stop making this product

The Taste Adventure soups are healthy, all natural soups that are easy to make (just boil water!). Great tasting soup especially on a cold night.
