Can you really love a notepad?Feb 20, 2011
By J. Dow Can you really love a notepad? Yes! I am also a fan of the cornell method of note-taking and it has followed me into the workplace. I like that the set up of these pads facilitates my note-taking and the paper is a nice quality too. I'm a fan!

perfect for note-taking in school!Jan 23, 2011
By miss SLB A colleague had one of these pads during a meeting and I simply HAD to get one for myself. I am a grad school student and found that this note-taking format (called the Cornell method) was handy during my undergrad studies. For anyone who likes their notes organized, this is the perfect notepad for you! Everytime I use it in class, my classmates always ask me to borrow some sheets and they love it. I plan to purchase more and introduce them to my children (when they get into middle and high school) so it can help them organize their note-taking.

Amazing ProductOct 01, 2011
By Ryan Agusto These pads are perfect for the Cornell Method of note-taking. There's information online on how to do that if you need instructions. There is nothing wrong with the batch that I received. Nothing bleeding from the back page. All it needs now are holes on the side so you can put it in a three ring binder. But you can do that manually. I will buy more from this seller when my stack runs out and will advise others to do the same. Believe it or not, these pads will MAKE YOU WANT TO STUDY!

I am college student and have to tell you these are so worth it. They are a replica of what we call Cornell Notes and while they are okay too - I am just saying... These are better and worth every dime!

Cornell Note taking a breezeMar 01, 2011

This notepad has become invaluable in my work as a University Field Supervisor for student teachers. Academia is the perfect place for Cornell note-taking, and many teachers (elementary through college) use the method. This pad is already set up for you to begin note-taking. The box at the bottom is for your task list and I find it perfect to set apart those teaching strategies I want my student teachers to work on. On the left, I write the stage of the lesson; Anticipatory Set, Direct Instruction, Guided Practice, and so on. I often put a time index in this section as well so that my student teacher can easily see their lesson pacing. I've had teachers ask for a page out of my notebook to make copies of in order to teach Cornell note-taking. The graph paper on the back does not show through as indicated in the first review. I use it for drawing a picture of the classroom arrangement when I want to demonstrate the walking pattern my student is using to cover the classroom. I also use it to mark which students are on task, which students are being called on more than others, and so on. It serves as a great visual for my student teachers to improve in these areas. Many of my colleagues are buying and using these pads after they see me in a meeting taking notes on mine. I have a laptop, but rely on this notepad out in the field.
