Worth the search!Nov 17, 2009

Used to buy this stuff in grocery stores, but getting harder to find. Great on pork chops! Coat heavily, and sear on grill for 1 min. on each side. Grill over medium heat for add'l 4 min each side (for 3/4 in. chops). I like it over butter noodles with applesauce. Try it; I think you'll be hooked like I am!

great for chops. use rub as base, add some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and ketchup to make paste. spread on chops on both sides let sit for 24 hours. mouth watering pork
