Have been gluten free for 3 years and love to cook. This is BY FAR the best GF flour I've used. It is all purpose and does not need xantham gum or anything added. I know where it is located at a store a few hours away and always make a note to pick up several when there. Hope Amazon starts carrying again. Really, really, really GREAT product!

I have used this product for probably 10 years - ever since my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I get consistently good results with cookies, cakes and gravies. I couldn't live without it.

I used to be able to buy this product at Whole Foods in the Phoenix area, however, *they* have decided to stop carrying this product, for whatever reason. I can find it NOWHERE in the Phoenix area now. That IS sad!!!
I found this to be the BEST GF product to make gravy with!! I now use Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour, but it has no comparison!!
I would recommend this to ALL, as I have not found anything bad about this product, other that it is no longer available in my Phoenix area!!
