Great Value!Aug 14, 2010
By J. Dow I use my swiffer every other day and often daily. This is one of the best prices Ive found on the refill pads. I am very happy with the quality and ease of use. I would recommend this to anyone without any hesitation.

Incorrect ItemJul 16, 2010
By MEM Like previous reviewers, I also received the Swiffer Sweeper Refills instead of the Swiffer Wet Jet pad refills. I contacted Amazon and was told to call the company that filled the order. They claim that the Amazon warehouse completed the order. Not sure who is to blame, but I have initiated a refund. Just wanted to warn other customers because this seems to be a trend.

Swiffer wetjet refillsSep 07, 2011
By arealdeal Like some others I can not get the refill pads to stick to my Swiffer. The pads that came with my Swiffer worked fine but now that I have moved to the refills they do not work. I am using duck tape as my 2 new kittens have ringworm and I have to mop every day. We live out of town so sending them back and trying to find others is not an option for now. Wish I didn't buy the two 24 box refills - but since we are using one every day they will be gone soon. If my next purchase of refills do not work I will assume Swiffer has cheapened their product and will consider other options and not waste my money of their product. Right now I am very disappointed. Wish I had read some of the refill reviews before purchasing the Swiffer but alas I only read the Swiffer Wetjet reviews. If I had known about the refills being crap I probably would have spent my money on some other product. My husband thinks the sticky velcro strips were installed upside down as he the bottom side of the strips stick to the Swiffer. Not that that helps us as we are stuck with 2 boxes of defective product.
Update Sept 16, 2011
I emailed Swiffer and told them about the defective refill pads. They sent an email reply saying they would send me a coupon to replace the pads. Today I received a coupon for one box of Swiffer Pads. While this is nice I have emailed them again with a copy of my Amazon order showing 2 -24 count boxes purchased. It is a real pain to tape the pads to the Swiffer. Many times after the tape gets wet the tape gets loose and the pads fall off. I am dreading having to use the other box. Maybe I should have asked Amazon if I could have returned one box as I need to have some pads to use every day to try and stay ahead of the ringworm my kittens have. I am still amazed that this defective run of pads made it out to be sold. They must have no quality control or not care and figure only a small percentage will complain.
Update Sept 30, 2011
I received my coupon from Swiffer to replace the other box of defective pads. Our local grocery store (yes we have only one) is a half hour away and they do not carry the 24 count box so we have to make the hour drive to the Wal-Mart to try and find the 24 count box. Nice that they at least sent the coupons. We live so far out of town that we only make it to town once a week. Each trip to the local grocery store or post office for our mail costs 5 to 6 dollars in gas. If we had sent the pads back to Amazon we would have had to make a trip to town to ship - we needed the pads now so I am still dealing with taping the pads on and it is a pain. I will be very happy when they are all gone.

less thick than they used to beJun 02, 2011

I had not ordered the Swiffer WetJet Pad Refills for over a year and it appears that they are now being manufactured with less thickness which means they don't clean as well. I was surprised and disappointed. Had to use two pads to mop the small kitchen floor instead of one as in the past. I love the WetJet for inbetween mopping jobs but I don't like these inferior quality refill pads.
