Delivery was excellent! I bought this product back in the late 80's and early 90's and it helped me sweat more while walking and also when did aerobics. I had problems burning/losing weight from my waist on down to my thighs.
Anyway when I incorporated Sweet Sweat cream to my regime workouts I saw results within 3 weeks,meaning I lost several pounds (4 lbs a week) and it help shed those inches I was trying to lose. Now I am in my late 40's and I have to say Sweet Sweat cream still works. I use it now when I getting ready to do my 5 miles daily walks, and I sweat. I like that because now I want to lose the inches and also release some toxins out of my system. Please note that I drink a least 32 ounces of water a day or more. I can only speak for myself Sweet Sweat is a great product. Thanks

Been using this product for about 1 month, and boy does it make you sweat! I usually just apply a thin layer around my mid section, wrap my tummy in plastic, then put on my waist trimmer belt. After I work out it seemed like I was sprayed with a water hose! (I'm usually not a big sweater either). Although it does work, it doesnt' work on it's own. You have to put one of those waist trimmers (which is what i use) or some type of plastic wrap on top of the area you've applied the product to. I hope this helps.

I have been using Sweet Sweat for about 5 days and I must say this stuff WORKS!
The first day I used just a little as it tells you to (They say to use a thin layer) and I didn't feel or see much sweat. I have increased the amount I put on my belly, waist, chest, neck, arms and thighs. With that in mind the jar isn't going to last me the 2 to 3 months they say it would last. Now I'm sweating like crazy. This stuff is great! I don't know how many inches I will lose but I'm sweating like crazy all day long. I walk and do a full on workout in the morning then I walk again in the afternoon and I'm still sweating like crazy. A Plus is I ordered this (the 13.5oz jar) when it was $18.99! Now the same jar is $36.31 Bummer!! I think they had it listed wrong glad I got to try it at the lower price. Good news all that sweat makes me feel like I'm working harder and it also softens my skin. I hope all this sweating will help me lose a few inches faster then just dieting and working out. I'll finish this jar and see if I lose inches. I most likely will buy this again even at the higher price but I wish it was still under $20.00

This Sweet Sweat cream is AWESOME!! This will definitely help anyone who is trying to lose some water weight. I just received this cream and I was eager to try it immediately and let me tell you how I was sweating like it was pouring down raining...I will definitely continue to use this product and update you in a few weeks on how much success in weight loss that I have using this product along with proper diet, exercise and lots of water!!!
