These fabric softeners do absolutely nothing to reduce static. All of our clothes stuck together and crackled and popped when we removed them from the dryer.

I've been buying these sheets from the store at $5.50 a box. They are so affordable through Amazon's Subscribe & Save program. I use the dish soap, all purpose cleaner, stain stick & laundry soap. I have tried many eco friendly products and my best results come from Sun & Earth. These sheets are great because they have perforations so you can actually rip 1 sheet into 3 smaller ones. Works really well when drying bed linens.I love that they're biodegradable too. My lint trap and dryer sheets all go to the composte. I've never had a problem with static cling. Maybe because I make 3 out of 1. For the savings through Amazon,I recommend giving them a try. One more for the environment. Thanks again Amazon!

I turned to the Sun & Earth fabric softener sheets in desperation. I recently foreswore regular dryer sheets since they are so bad for the environment (chemicals and non-biodegradable landfill fillers). I use Nellie's Dryer Balls but static was a major problem with synthetics, particularly our dogs fleece bed covers, which must be washed often. I threw three Sun & Earth dryer sheets in with the fleece (and the dryer balls) and Voila! No static! I am so happy that I do not have to revert to crummy regular dryer sheets. Thank you Sun & Earth!
Note 1: Though the Sun & Earth dryer sheets have a strong citrus smell in the box, there is only the lightest of smell on the stuff I dried. I like that, so it's a plus in my book.
Note 2: I have also noticed that drying on low heat mitigates static build up, so my experiences with Sun & Earth fabric softener sheets are all while drying on low heat.

My family has been using these citrus dryer sheets for over 6 months and we love them! They reduce static and soften clothing just as well as any other dryer sheets that I've ever tried. Also, the fragrance is not overpowering, and it doesn't seem to cause any alergic reaction for sensitive skin. I've found that it does help with the static to use the entire sheet in each load even though you can break them apart.
