The perfect brownie!Dec 04, 2007
By SuperDuo Forget Duncan Hines, these Stonewall Triple Fudge Brownies leave all other mixes I've tried in the dust. We have had requests for the recipe from coworkers! They are extremely moist and keep well in care packages.

Next Time I'll Try W/Out the Fudge PacketMar 25, 2012
By Sarah One more warehouse sale purchase, not sure if that effected the fudge packets on this order or not. The mix is easy enough to do it's only the powder packet, one egg, water and oil. Like your standard Duncan or Betty mixes. It comes with a fudge packet you are supposed to kneed and then drizzle into the mix, then do a knife pull through to make swirls. However the fudge sauce stayed clumpy and goop like despite my best effort, next time I'll try with out it. The brownies are also going to be on the smaller, thinner side of the spectrum.
Stick with BettyJan 20, 2012
By JEX I bought this at my local gourmet grocery store. The price was $10 (same as here). I agree with the other reviewer who said they amt of water is off. My were a little dry and hard also. But what I am least impressed with is what they consider to be the third addition of chocolate. The mix - tasted it, nothing off. Addition of chips - always a good decision in my opinion!. The third - a packet you are to drizzle over (which I found to be difficult even after kneading it). This is where I run into a problem. The drizzle is not chocolate. A more appropriate heading would be corn syrup with chocolate flavoring. The ingredients for the drizzle: corn syrup, water, fructose, sugar, hydrogenated coconut oil, cocoa powder, etc. Why would I ever feed this to my child? I expect better from them if they are going to tout themselves as "creators of specialty foods". Betty Crocker is cheaper and tastes the same, if not better.
