Stonewall Kitchen has a reputation for high quality + natural ingredients, so I couldn't resist trying out this mix. It's an excellent mix- it's chock FULL of chocolate pieces. The directions say to add 1 egg and 6 tbsp of butter, but I changed it slightly to 1 large egg + 1 medium egg, 3 Tbsp of butter + a little olive oil. They recommend baking 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees, and of course it depends on the size and thickness of your cookies, but I found that I had to bake them for no less than 15 minutes.
One drawback to the mix is that there aren't quite as many white chocolate pieces as the other two types, but that's understandable.
They are extremely delicious. Just make sure you have enough milk to go along with them! Mmmm, must resist.
I've also ordered their toffee pecan, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle mixes, and I can't wait to try those out. I'll let you know how it tastes!

Made these quickly before Thanksgiving and they were a hit! Followed the directions on the box but extended the bake time another 2 minutes because we like them crisp around the edges. They were not TOO sweet, just right! Will be buying more in the future!
